CheckLink service arrangements are manual during launch. Requests are reviewed before any listing, report, or trust page is delivered.
Rejected Listings
If an arranged listing is rejected before publication, the submitter may contact CheckLink with the request details for a refund discussion.
Featured Placement
Featured placement is visibility only and does not mean the listing is safer or more trusted.
Reports and Manual Reviews
Manual reports and review work may be non-refundable once review work begins, because the service is based on human time and context review.
Trust Packs
Trust Packs are manual services. Refund questions depend on whether review, planning, reporting, or publication work has already begun.
External Provider Fees
Provider rules, processing fees, timing, and reversals may depend on any external provider used after manual review.
